We just spent a wonderful week at the House and had a wonderful time. This is the first time that we stayed in a vacation rental home instead of a hotel -- and it was perfect. The customer service was very good and whant to thank & praise Ms. Deon for her Professional & Personally care!

I work in the vacation rental industry, and very closely with several agencies in Orlando specifically and was VERY IMPRESSED with the service I received from Imagine. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the home we rented as well as the staff. The home was beautifully and simply decorated and would recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home. We only had one issue w/ the hot water heater needing to be reset, but we called after hours about 930pm, and someone was there w/ in 10 minutes to help. Can?t wait to come back.
